1. Develop an expanded CODES for Lexington-Fayette County Emergency medical services (EMS) and emergency department (ED) data are not yet collected on a statewide basis in Kentucky. In order to demonstrate the benefits that a full, statewide CODES system could provide, we are attempting to implement the full CODES model in a single county (Lexington-Fayette).
